Gerade gemacht – nur 50:50 Creme fraiche und Schmand statt Quark. Richtig gut!
Hatte bedenken dass es am Ende nicht essbar ist weil die Füllung nicht fest genug wird – aber durch Ei und Käse hält das wirklich gut (darauf bloß nicht verzichten!)
